===== Enable Cura 15.04.6 Pronterface UI =====

  - Connect USB cable to printer and computer
  - File menu  ＞   Preferences
  - "Print window" section  ＞  "Printing window type"  ＞  Select "Pronterface UI"
  - Click Ok
  - File menu  ＞  Print (or Ctrl + P)
  - Wait for Cura to connect to printer
  - Enter G-code commands
