Bowden Tube Removal


  • Push down on the blue collar while pulling up on the Bowden tube.
  • Be mindful of the wiring, mainly the thermistor wiring.

NOTE: Removing the Bowden tube from the hotend on a V2 may be difficult. If you must remove the Bowden tube it may be easier to unscrew the connecter from the heat sink and cut the end of the Bowden tube as close as you can. Then remove the cut piece Bowden tube and push through connector.

Bowden Tube Connector Removal


The “set screw” or “grub screw” takes a 1.5mm or 1/16“ Allen wrench.
