Heat Creep

Causes

The fan is not cooling the heat sink quick enough.
Heater block may be too close to the heat sink.
Temperature may be too high for the filament you are using.
PTFE liner in the heat break/throat may be damaged.
Your fan may be failing or is misaligned.
